Selling a 5000+ square foot home and moving into a ‘closet’ with two children, my wife and I, with our stuff. Well, really no more stuff.

Dealing with real estate agents, lawyers, buyers, tire kickers, home stagers, scheduling, etc. etc- it’s all taken together, a curse.

But in the centre of all the lunacy, we were blessed to have the sharpest knife in the drawer, Susan Young. Smart - knowledgeable - funny - always there and smiling. She understands your needs and wants -answers our call ASAP (even from her shipboard vacation). Doesn’t tell you you’re right when you’re wrong. Susan provided good advice regarding the initial listing price and also during negotiations. She also met with the previous tenant to establish a personal relationship and to ensure that it was thereby able to be shown out without problems. All texts and emails were promptly responded to and Susan paid attention to small details as well as large.
