Selling a 5000+ square foot home and moving into a ‘closet’ with two children, my wife and I, with our stuff. Well, really no more stuff.

Dealing with real estate agents, lawyers, buyers, tire kickers, home stagers, scheduling, etc. etc- it’s all taken together, a curse.

But in the centre of all the lunacy, we were blessed to have the sharpest knife in the drawer, Susan Young. Smart - knowledgeable - funny - always there and smiling. She understands your needs and wants -answers our call ASAP (even from her shipboard vacation). Doesn’t tell you you’re right when you’re wrong. She has mastered the art of an agent (part agent, part lawyer, part shrink), a pro. She becomes part of your family, never pushes, always calm.
